| TOWN MEETING LOCATION Town Meetings are held at 1100 Green Valley Road, "Community Meeting Room" of the Carroll County Library Administration Building. Contact the Town Office for additional information at (410) 635-6575.
| | TOWN OFFICE CLOSED The Town Office will be closed on May 27, 2013 in observance of the Memorial Day holiday. Trash pickup will be on Tuesday, the 28th.

| | New Announcement added 5-17-13 Join the Town of New Windsor at the annual Memorial Day Service on May 26th. The program will begin at 6:00 at the New Windsor Presbyterian Church. In additional to recognizing all Veteran's, this year's program will honor the 150th anniversary of the Civil War. Guest speaker will be President Lincoln, portrayed by Jim Getty. Please refer to the document section of the website for a view of the entire program.
